We are located in the Eastern area of The Bahamas in New Providence, Nassau. We can pick up and drop off your pets from anywhere on the island for an additional fee. After you have successfully arranged a reservation we will provide you a location if you are dropping off your pets at our residence.



So you're looking for the right pet sitter to care for your furbaby while you're away, well look no further! The first step is to write us or call. You can contact us by phone, email, or social media. To help save time arranging a reservation you can fill out our short Google form


Based on your requirements we will let you know how we can help.-We recommend you arrange a free meet and greet with us.


The final step is to read and fill out our consent form and pay a deposit for the reservation. You can do this online or at a meet and greet. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. 

(If you would like to book in advance we cannot book you into our schedule until the deposit is paid).




Our current payment options are through bank transfers or by cash. If paying by cash please prepare to have the correct amount of change.


We have a standard list of prices for all our services which will be provided at your request however as we are a new service we will have promotional deals throughout the year so you can always be assured you will spend less when you choose TPP while being provided with a reliable and caring service for your pets. 


Refund Policy

Once a deposit is paid it secures a reservation. The amount of your deposit varies depending on the length of the reservation. Generally, deposits are non-refundable and we operate on a first come first serve basis. However full refunds of deposits can be viable only for special/extreme cancelation cases. If the dates of your travel plans have slightly changed that is not a problem. if your trip is cut short the remainder of your balance will be reduced and a new invoice will be issued. Alternatively, if someone is not able to collect the pets on the agreed schedule you may be charged extra fees.


We are mainly experienced with dogs and cats (from small, large, young, and senior) however we do have basic knowledge of how to care for other animals such as rabbits, birds, gerbils, etc. 

Safety is paramount and all animals must be controllable and have a good temperament to work with when in our care. This includes drop in visits and home-sits.

Some pets may have behavior issues or not be friendly toward other pets but thats okay, we have experience with that and we can separate pets for their safety.

The best thing is to let us know if your pet has any triggers or behaviors you think we should know about so we can accommodate them as best as we can.




At this moment we do not provide food or other essentials like cat litter, leads and harnesses or supplies for smaller animals so please bring enough food/litter or other essential supplies for the duration of your pet's stay. 

At a minimum, we can provide cat and dog bedding, crates, toys, and bowls for your pets when they stay with us however we recommend you bring the above if you think your pet will feel more at ease in a new environment. 


If you are collecting your pets from us we give clients up until 12 pm (noon) to collect without extra charges, after this time we will be charging as per our daily rate fees.

We completely understand that things don't always go to plan especially when traveling. Please make sure to make contact with the pet sitter in advance or whenever you can if you need to reschedule so we can come up with a new agreement. We will also make prompt contact with you on the day we expect to see you if we or the client is running late. In some cases, we might charge a late pick-up fee.
